A Work Session to Discuss the Zoning Ordinance Text Amendment to Revise Ordinances Related to Non-Agricultural Fill Material
Topic Description:
On July 11, 2019, the Board of Supervisors initiated a Text Amendment to Articles 2, 3, 5, 6, 13 and 15 to revise Ordinance provisions related to the importation, storage or disposal of fill material not generated on a farm in conjunction with an agricultural operation. Staff will discuss the proposed refinements to the Ordinance, and seek comments from members of the Commission prior to preparing a draft Ordinance for public hearing.
