Approval of this application is required to correct a long standing zoning violation for operation of a business without the required approvals.  The Applicants have used the property as their home and business, Mike’s Repair Service, for over 40 years.  The business specializes in automotive maintenance, repair and body work.  No new improvements to the property are requested with this application.  The property is located at 12336 Tacketts Mill Road.

Conduct the Public Hearing and forward a recommendation to the Board of Supervisors.
