Topic:
A Resolution Authorizing $1,437,807 in Additional Project Funding and $2,008,400 in Additional Project Reserves for the Catlett/Calverton Sewer Remediation Project
Topic Description:
In August of 2017, the Board of Supervisors appropriated $8,117,150 to the Catlett/Calverton sewer remediation project.  A recent project review of construction estimates has determined that an additional $1,437,807 in funding is necessary for projection administration and construction costs and an additional $2,008,400 in funding is necessary for reserves for the project.  The attached resolution appropriates the sum of $1,545,226 from the unallocated FY 2018 debt service and the sum of $1,900,831 from one-time year end funds for the additional costs and reserves for the Catlett/Calverton sewer remediation project.
Requested Action:
Consider adoption of the attached Resolution.
Financial Impact Analysis:
$1,545,226 in funds will be from the unallocated FY 2018 debt service and $1,900,831 in funds will be from one-time year end funds.
