Topic Description:
The applicants request a Category 18 Special Exception to allow an existing farm winery to conduct special events. The property is located at 3623 Grove Lane, Marshall District.
On December 5, 2012, the Fauquier County Planning Commission unanimously recommended approval of the application.
Requested Action:
Conduct the Public Hearing and consider adoption of the attached Resolution.
